Paying forward through Kiva

These are pictures of beautiful people I will never have the opportunity of meeting. But thanks to Kiva, I have the priviledge of making a small loan to each of them which I believe will have far reaching impact to their family, their  community, their village, and ultimately, to humanity.

I'm so happy that Giddy Giddy has just made its 30th loan. I hope that by the end of next year, we will have been part of at least 30 more microloans!

giggles and giddiness

Our little friend, Hana, recently came over and indulged me by letting me take photos of her.

Oh my, this girl is ALL giggles and sunshine and I adore her soooo!!! These funny-face photos were taken over a year ago.  From time to time, I'll look at these photos for a quick fix, much the same way I dip into my chocolate stash. And I must confess, I'll kiss my computer screen when these picture are up. Wouldn't you??
