I've long dismissed crayons as one of the crappiest art mediums available...and one that wasn't even fit for children. The only reason we even had a bag of them was for melting those suckers down. Now I'm regretting how snobby I've been towards crayons all these years!
I'm sorry, crayons. You're not all that bad after all. You give us a big range of colors for cheap. You last a really long time. You don't stain our clothes, you don't spill and you don't require a big clean up after using you. You're so easy and laid back..and I appreciate that you never ever pressure us with high expectations. I love you!!
